We believe that every company should focus on their impact on the environment. That's why we are super-focused on using each material to the last piece of it.
We meticulously plan our production processes to ensure that every inch of material is utilized efficiently. We designed our bags in a way that reduce cutoffs and significantly decrease waste. This not only helps us conserve valuable resources but also reduces our environmental footprint.
We constantly seek innovative ways to recycle the materials that can’t be reused in their current form. We partner with recycling facilities that specialize in textile recycling to process our unusable textile waste into new fibers. These fibers are then reincorporated into other products, closing the loop in our production cycle.
Our responsibility doesn’t end at the point of sale. We encourage our customers to send back any products they no longer use. We refurbish what we can for resale and recycle the rest. This policy helps extend the lifecycle of the materials and ensures that they continue to be used productively, reducing the need for new raw materials.
Fabrics
The materials used to produce our bags are used in a wide range of production of covers for upholstered furniture. As part of our offers, we offer two variants of the external element of the bags. First - recycled leather. It's our standard material we offer for both the outer and inner side of the bags. This raw material, called L60, consists of 60% natural fibers and 40% polyester. It's resistant to UV rays and humidity. Polyester admixtures make it ressistance for abrasion. Second - semi-aniline cowhide is a high-quality natural raw material, which is subjected to a detailed pigmentation and sandblasting, thanks to which the effect of color depth is achieved.
